What's great about it: EVERYTHING!!!! Microsoft finally came through!!!! I LOVE Windows 7 ... What's not so great: NOTHING!!!!! "Well to start off, what i noticed first was how fast it went, even with areo, and even with vista like features! Next is my windows experiance index, my lowest number on oldest computer was 2.3 with vista. It went to a 3.2 with 7! That means, I can do so much more, with out alot of power behind my system. I installed this on a computer I got in 2006. Not a strong processor, not alot of RAM, not that good of a video card, it did of course meet the MINIMUM system requirements, but it ran smoothly, for basic tasks like internet, e-mail, and music listening, a photo viewing. Windows 7. I've talked to alot of people on what they think. Some have said they won't try 7 because there afraid of another Vista. But I say hey dont be, im a computer tech, ive tried it, and it certainly wont be anything like vista. Its 1000 times better than Windows vista. Another thing is the "superbar" or better known as the taskbar. It is amazing and easy to use. I dont like alot of things on my taskbar and with 7 there isnt. I can have 12+ programs running not only will it still run fast but it will be easy to find what you want when you want, same goes for your files. You can find them faster than ever with 7!
